• Partial form entries: if you type a property address into our form and leave before finishing, we may still receive that address and any other details you entered.
• What you type into the address box: as you type, the text is sent to our address suggestion providers (Google and OpenStreetMap) to show matching addresses.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser and device type, and approximate region, collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics and our hosting provider's logs.
• Public records: to evaluate a property, we may look up public information such as ownership, tax and deed records.

3. How we use it

• To contact you about your property and make, negotiate and complete an offer.
• To follow up by phone, text or email, including if you didn't finish our form.
• To run, secure and improve the Site and understand which pages and sources bring visitors.
• To comply with law, enforce our terms and protect our rights.

4. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and business, such as our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare), form delivery service (Web3Forms), address suggestion providers (Google, OpenStreetMap), and our email and phone providers.
